Samsung (Android) phone has very nice system sounds, which makes the user experience awesome. But this will make the low-end phones slower. Turning off system sounds can also extend battery life.
So, in this blog post, I will show you how to turn off system sound/vibration on a Samsung (Android) phone.
Please note: I will use Samsung Galaxy M34 running on One UI 6.1 (based on Android 14). So some settings may be different in the different models.
How To Disable System Sound/Vibration on Samsung (Android) Phones
To turn off system sound on Samsung Phones:
- Open "Notification Panel" and select Settings.
- In Settings, tap on "Sounds and vibration".
- In "Sounds and vibration" settings, tap on "System sound".
- In "System sound", turn OFF all the toggles.
To turn off system vibration on Samsung Phones:
- Open "Notification Panel" and select Settings.
- In Settings, tap on "Sounds and vibration".
- In "Sounds and vibration" settings, tap on "System vibration".
- In "System vibration", turn OFF all the toggles.
