How To Clear Browsing Data In Chrome On Android

The cache is actually a good thing. It loads browsing data and saves it in your local storage. When you load a page, it is much faster for the browser to pull stored data instead of downloading it again. The problem comes when you have too much cache data stored, as the files can get fragmented and corrupted, causing your browser to slow down.
Make sure to clear your browser cache from time to time to keep things fresh. It will create longer loading times right after the fact, but things should be looking better soon enough.
You can also free up space on Android phones.
To clear chrome browsing data on Android phones:
  • Tap on More ⁝ and select Settings.
  • In Settings, under Basics, tap on "Privacy and security".
  • In "Privacy and security", tap on "Clear browsing data".
  • In "Clear browsing data", tap on Advanced tap.
  • In the Advanced tab, set the "Time range" to "All time".
  • Now, check the items you want to clean, and then tap on the "Clear data" button.
Please note: clearing the "Cached images and files" will not clean any important data.
