To turn off Automatically play videos on Google Play Games:

1. Tap on More options (3 dots at top-right) and select Settings.
2. In Settings, under General, turn OFF the toggle next to Automatically play videos.

Currently, I am using Google Play Games app version 2022.01.32371.

So these settings may be different in different versions.
