You can turn on the Data saver in the Twitter app to save internet data on Android phones.
You can reduce the amount of data used by Twitter by enabling data saver mode. Control what media you want to be downloaded in real-time to help save data.
When the Data saver is enabled, video won't autoplay and lower-quality images load. This automatically reduces your data usage for all Twitter accounts on your Android phone.
