Microsoft seems to be dedicated to helping students with their math homework. After releasing dedicated math solver apps on Android and iOS last year, Microsoft introduced the math solver tool to its Edge browser. In this video or post, I want to share, how to use the Math solver tool to solve math problems quickly.
The new Math Solver tool is available on Microsoft Edge version 91 and onwards.
Currently, Microsoft Math Solver can solve Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus questions.
So let's begin...
- Open a math question on the Edge browser.
Here, I open NCERT Class 6 Maths book, EXERCISE 8.4, Question 4. (iv). - Open Math Solver tool.
Select "Settings and more" icon (at top-right) > "More tools" > "Math Solver". - Then, highlight the question using the Math Solver selection tool in Microsoft Edge.
- Once selected, click on the Solve button to get the answer.
- Within seconds, you will see the solution in the right sidebar.
- You can also check the steps by clicking on the "Show solution steps" button. To learn more about the topic, you can check recommended videos below the solution.
- Also, you can not only select math problems from a web page or document. You can also use the extended keyboard to type the problem statement in the Math Solver section on Microsoft Edge.
And that’s how you can use the Math solver tool to solve math problems quickly.
